The employee was very rude and unprofessional. Of course, he was trying to pretend to be professional in conversations, and then he called me on the phone, and his manner was very rude and vulgar. Of course, he refused to give a price for the watch they were buying, and after more than 3 days of conversations, he gave me a price 70% lower than the price of the watch!!I am surprised that a respectable company like Oilo employs novice and inexperienced people, and the basis of their work is based on purchasing goods from customers and negotiating with them!The employee was very rude and unprofessional. He acted polite in chat but was disrespectful when he called me. He also refused to give me a price for my watch, and after three days, he offered 70% less than its actual value.I’m surprised that a company like ALLU hires inexperienced staff when their business depends on buying and negotiating with customers!

The employee is impolite and very bad.. He says he is not forced to buy, as if I was holding him forcefully, I tell him to buy!! 😂 I just told him to give me the reason for the rejection, because they are opening a store for rejection only, and I have the right as a customer to understand the reason for the rejection.. In general, it is clear to me that the employee does not know that we have more expensive items than the large store, and he does not know how to deal with the upscale segment of society.
